Free shipping in the lower 48

Mattress orders ship free anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States, including Washington DC. Orders ship the next business day and usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

We do not ship online orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO or FPO addresses, or international destinations. If you are outside the lower 48 and want a mattress, call us at 406-661-5704 and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Free local delivery

Local delivery is free within 100 miles of our Billings store. Choose local delivery at checkout and we will call within one business day to schedule your delivery window.

Getting it through the door

Please measure before you order. You are responsible for making sure a mattress will fit through your doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators. If you are not sure, call us at 406-661-5704 and we will talk it through with you.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Look your order over when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at 406-661-5704 or sales@rimrockmattress.com with your order number and photos. Do this promptly so we can sort it out with the carrier or the manufacturer.
