Sleep trial
Sleep trial length depends on the brand:
- Helix mattresses: 120 nights
- MOLECULE mattresses: 100 nights
- Rimrock house line (Studio, Cottage, Craftsman, Bungalow, Loft): 100 nights
The trial starts the day your mattress is delivered or picked up.
Starting a return
Contact us first at 406-661-5704 or with your order number. Do not ship anything back before you hear from us. Items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted.
Return shipping and where to send it
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We want to be straight with you about this, because a mattress is bulky and return freight is not cheap. Factor it in before you buy, and call us at 406-661-5704 if you want help choosing the right bed the first time.

Condition
Returned mattresses must be clean, undamaged, and free of stains, tears, burns, and odors. A mattress that comes back soiled or damaged cannot be resold and cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
This is separate from a sleep trial return. Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away at 406-661-5704 or if anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Send photos if you can. Do not pay to ship a damaged item back before talking to us.
Warranty
A warranty claim is not the same as a comfort return. Every mattress we sell is covered by its manufacturer's warranty, and the manufacturer's official terms govern what is covered, what is excluded, and how a claim is handled. Contact us at 406-661-5704 and we will help you start the process with Helix, MOLECULE, or our house-line manufacturer.
