Return and Refund Policy
Rimrock Mattress wants all customers to enjoy a great nights sleep. In the event that we need to exchange for refund a customer see the following rules below.
- Customer may return item with in 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in like new condition
- Must have a valid reason for return.
- To process return contact sales@rimrockmattress.com with order number.
- Upon receiving merchandise, it may take up to 14 days to receive refund.
